Audra Watson, 88, Columbia, KY (1935-2024)
Audra Racine Morrison Watson of Columbia passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at her residence. She was 88 years old. Services will be held privately.
She was born in Adair County on September 21, 1935, to the late Jessie and Etter Burbridge Morrison. She was preceded in death by her husband Bobby Lewis Watson on June 7, 2019. Mrs. Watson was a member of the Emory's Chapel United Methodist Church and enjoyed playing the piano and spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include a niece Janice England and two nephews Rocky Morrison (Sharon) and Billy Morrison (Joyce) all of Columbia, KY; four caregivers Glenda Carroll, Melina Bell, Sheila Keltner, and Debbie Minor. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two siblings Refus Morrison and Mary Magdalene Coomer, a nephew Ricky Coomer and a caregiver Yvonne Crockett. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences at stottsphelpsmcquearyfh.com.
