I ordered a combination of fish and scallops along with potstickers at Tugboat Fish & Chips | Vacaville. I was satisfied with the fish and scallops, as they were delicious. The staff was also friendly during my visit. However, I found the fries and co*cktail sauce to be mediocre in taste. It was disappointing to discover that fresh lemon squeeze was missing from my meal, especially since they claimed to not have any lemons available.

Sitting here and the customer service is pretty sad.They confused my 4 orders with chips instead of rice. She flat out said I was wrong and I ordered only 2 with rice.Then why do I have all fries then? She did not offer to fix their mistake. Or even care that we had no rice.Never coming back here. Food was mid also save your money.
This place is the best fish and chips place I've ever been to. I got the seafood sampler and it's delicious.The batter is amazing and the food is very fresh.
