Start your night at the Youth Palace on Świętokrzyska Street with an interactive installation where you can create your own postcard collage. Special museum transport will be available from Emilii Plater Street.

Enjoy a walk across the new footbridge connecting downtown Warsaw with the Praga district. Discover galleries, the Praga Museum, and a unique exhibition on sauna culture near the Targowa Creativity Centre.

Don’t miss the Ateneum Theatre, which is participating for the first time with an exhibition dedicated to Gustaw Holoubek in its stunning art deco interior.

Many institutions offer routes commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising. Visit the History Meeting House at the PAST building on Zielna Street, a historic site of insurgent battles.

The Night of Museums showcases Warsaw’s vibrant culture and community spirit, providing a unique opportunity to explore the city’s endless charm and dynamism.

Tour of the 1950s Shelter:
Explore a preserved nuclear shelter at the ArcelorMittal Warsaw Office Building.

Event details:
ArcelorMittal invites you to Night of Museums in a nuclear shelter from the 1950s. – Meeting at the ArcelorMittal Warsaw Office Building (132 Kasprowicza Street – behind Młociny metro station). – Tour of the shelter, or rather the Civil Defence Command Post located in the basem*nt of the ArcelorMittal Warsaw office building (currently named ArcelorMittal Warsaw). The facility was built in the late 1950s and early 1960s and has been preserved intact along with all equipment. Please note that due to limited space, only REGISTERED INDIVIDUALS will be able to tour.

Practical information:
Registrations enabling participation in the event will open on May 16 at 9 a.m. on the hutawarszawazaprasza.com website, where you need to fill out the registration form. Visitors will be invited to the shelter in groups of 20.

Secrets of the Beekeepers Workshop:
Discover the hidden aspects of beekeeping at the Pszczelarium Apiary.

Event details:
A tour of a beekeepers workshop, during which you will discover the lesser-known and more obvious aspects of their work. There will be an opportunity to see usually unseen elements of the workshop such as equipment for harvesting honey and pollen. You will also be able to enter the storage room and the part of the workshop where wax is obtained. The evening will culminate with a visit to our balcony apiary, where we will observe the bees together. We will use red light, which bees cannot see, so you will non-invasively discover the nocturnal life in the hive.

Practical information:
The workshop lasts about an hour. Group size is limited to 15 people. Long trousers and closed shoes are recommended. We provide beekeeping jackets with veils on site.

IllumiNight 3.0 at PJATK:
Celebrate Japanese culture with concerts, workshops, and exhibitions at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.

Event details:
The numerous attractions of the evening will include a magical concert of traditional Japanese music. Immerse yourself in the world of Japan and discover its extraordinary culture. You will also have the opportunity to visit nooks and crannies of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology that are not normally accessible and participate in extraordinary workshops.

Tender Places Exhibition:
Engage with psychoanalysis and art at the officyna art and design Gallery.

Event details:
During this years Night of Museums, as part of the Thought Container initiative combining psychoanalysis and art, we invite you to a group exhibition by the Photographers and Photoanalysts photographic groups entitled ‘Tender Places.’ The participating artists will address Ryszard Nyczs question regarding the category of tenderness introduced by Olga Tokarczuk in ‘The Tender Narrator’: “…isnt tenderness conducive to what is good for being (on an individual scale, but also planetary)? The photographs will be narratives about creators and their world.

Tram Festival:
Enjoy a parade and exhibition of historic trams at Narutowicza Square.

Event details:
This years Night of Museums will kick off with a special parade of historic trams featuring the oldest A carriage from 1905. After the parade, we invite you to a unique ‘Museum on Rails’ at the tram terminus in Narutowicza Square. The full exhibit of rolling stock will be available for visitors after the parade. This years Night of Museums will be a unique opportunity to see various types of historic trams, special and technical wagons, all in one place.

Euphoria Exhibition at Wola Museum:
Explore the evolution of Warsaw’s club scene with a curatorial tour and documentary screenings.

Event details:
On the Night of Museums, the Wola Museum invites you to events surrounding the newly opened exhibition ‘Euphoria. On the Warsaw Club Scene after 1989.’ The exhibition outlines the cultural and social topography of the Warsaw club scene. The essence of the exhibition is to trace how the dynamics of the emergence of music and dance clubs generated significant changes in the areas of visual culture, visual arts, social attitudes, and civic engagement. Join us for a curatorial tour, followed by screenings of two documentary films.
