Andy was great! So grateful they came the same day our water heater went out, just 5 hours after the initial call. We had a replaced water heater by the end of the work day. He provided us with many options to replace our water heater and didn’t pressure us to choose anything that didn’t make sense (for our scenario and for our bank account). He was efficient, clean and overall we are pleased! Highly recommend!

Always takes care of our system. We took advantage of pricing in the off-season and noticed reduced energy costs immediately. Our home is worth the investment and the team at Mr. Holland's has helped us preserve that. We've used them for plumbing and electrical needs as well not just heating/cooling. They're always prompt. Scheduling is easy. Workers are friendly and considerate. The membership package is WELL worth it! Definitely try them out!

Very pleased with the service! We had an issue on a Sunday, which is usually very difficult to find someone to address. Mr. Holland was able to come out on a Sunday within two hours of my call. They solved our air conditioning issue. Kyle was communicative and professional. He explained all of the issues in detail and what the next steps were to resolve them. I never felt pressured or that I was getting taken advantage of. Very impressed!

I appreciated Chris’ honesty. He wasn’t just trying to get a sale or an up-charge. He was knowledgeable in his field and made me feel comfortable with my decisions.
Two days later, Dan came by to give me an estimate on new equipment. Super knowledgeable guy. Very nice and respectful. Gave me all the info I needed to make a good Informed decision and he wasn’t trying to sell me on more expensive equipment. He just told me like it is and gave me a very comfortable price point and I bought stuff. I’ll update after install.

Our comfort advisor, Dane, was very professional and friendly. He explained options and the work to be done very thoroughly and did not pressure us. The crew showed up when they promised and did excellent work. They were very efficient and we would recommend them to others. Cleanup was okay, as they left a washer hose disconnected (likely needed a water source) and some oil on the basem*nt floor (the bag of speedy dry we left was untouched). Those were minor annoyances to an otherwise excellent experience for our new heating and air systems.

Had a main sewer back up occur on a holiday. Called several companies to see who was open and had availability. Not only did they answer quickly, they arrived at my home in about an hour. Jerad K was simply amazing. He took care to protect my finished basem*nt, explained everything to me, and cleaned up as if it were his own home. I will definitely call for all future plumbing needs and hope that Jerad K is always sent. You have an amazing team member and organization!

Always happy to recommend companies that go above and beyond in their performance and professionalism. Mr. Holland's did exactly that on our new furnace and AC install this month.
Dane Kissel who came out to provide me a quote for the work was dynamic, thoughtful and gave a great presentation. I felt informed and heard.
The install team showed up on time, explained everything they were going to do that day, they were polite, answered all my questions and cleaned up when they were done. It was a BIG job and I thought they did awesome. Appreciate their effort and would highly recommend them in the future.

After looking at quite a few proposals, this one was the most detailed provided. They thought of things that the others didn't even mention to us. This made it the clear choice for us to move forward.
Update: had to have some additional work done and Andy G. came out to assist us. Was extremely helpful and took care of the work quickly! Still A+ to me and look forward to more of a partnership with them in the future!

So far so Great!!! For just asking for a quote I was more than pleased with the thoroughness and knowledge of the associate Aaron! He did not rush and guided me through every step of the process and told me how the company could assist me in other aspects as well. There was no pushyness, no feeling of being up-sold, just the feeling of having my best interest at heart! Something that is, quite frankly, lacking in businesses today!! I really appreciate that, being on a very limited budget. Also, their quote was surprisingly lower than I expected. I would recommend this company again & again! Thank You!

Big shout out and thanks to Cody and Andy!! My water heater died the night before, and we didn’t know what to do, who to call, etc. Cody reached out to me through Facebook, and we set something up the same day. Andy came out earlier than estimated, and was very professional and knowledgeable. They both made the process easy and stress free. Within 3 hours of Andy coming out, we had hot water again. Thanks a million to both of them!!

Would have to say I was very impressed with Mr.Holland's Home Service, particularly thier plumbing department and Kyle H. I had a sump pump replaced and not only was Kyle on time a super professional , he was very cool and willing to answer any questions I had. He also left the work area just as clean as it was before he started. I would definitely recommend and use Mr. Holland's Home Services again in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with Hunter! He was incredibly thorough in his inspection and made sure to address all of our concerns, even ones we didn’t know about. He was also very friendly and helpful in explaining what he was doing. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of furnace maintenance or repair.

For furnace space heater: On time, worked efficiently, cleaned up area and took care of disposal. Instructed me on use of blue tooth remote and battery changing. Furnace did not come with blowers, so they used the old ones, opened them up and cleaned them out thoroughly. They’re the wrong color, but not too off from the new furnace color. Pleased with the new Empire furnace once again. They also checked the vent through the roof to make sure it was clean! BTW, I can always order matching new blowers, but these are fine for now.

LIVE person answered the phone when I called with my emergency plumbing situation. Service scheduled for afternoon the following day.
Day of service the tech, Sam V., called in the morning and was able to come within the hour. Bonus!
Before arrival, I received a text message with a photo of the tech so I knew who to expect. As a female home alone, this safety measure is appreciated!
The tech, Sam, arrived and after discussing the issue he gave me two repair/pricing options to consider for my particular situation. This was presented on a tablet. I like seeing terms in writing. It’s clear for me and clear for them which option I select. Sam was personable, clear and thorough!
The tech completed my selected option satisfactorily – repair successfully completed and in a timely manner.
Nicely done Sam V. and Mr. Holland’s Home Services! I hope I don’t have to contact you anytime in the near future, but I will certainly know who to call if plumbing service is needed. Thank you for your excellent service!

A plumbing job requiring immediate attention. Nick arrived within 30 minutes and saved the day. My main shutoff was leaking into my basem*nt rec room, so this needed attention now ! After about 90 minutes, everything was back to normal. He replaced the aging main rotary valve with a directional inline shutoff, checked all the affected services and had me breathing easy again. Punctual and great service.

We have found Mr Holland's to be a quality home services company to work with and have been very happy with our experience with them. Our most recent technician, Dean, was prompt, on time and professional. He performed all diagnostics for our AC, replaced the filter, and cleaned the outdoor compressor and fan. Very personable.

Chris was very professional and explained everything he saw while inspecting my air conditioner. I appreciate not being pressured to have it replaced at this time. He took photos to show me the current condition of the unit which was helpful to understand the explanation.
