Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad Recipe (1)

I am a sucker for pasta salads – one of my favorite things about going to a potluck or BBQ with family and friends is all the dishes that people bring to share. I love sampling all of them and eating 3000 calories worth of side dishes.

We were visiting some friends and one of the dishes they had a dinner was a Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad – and it was amazing!!! I asked if she had a recipe and she said she has just thrown some stuff together. So, I made note of what was in the salad and came home to recreate it!

This is such a quick and delicious dish that you can throw together in minutes – and I promise that all your potlucks and BBQ’s will never be the same!

Meh. I really wanted to like this, but there just wasn't anything special about it. Sorry.

  5. shirley says:

The instructions don't say anything about the bacon.

  6. Lily says:

Hi Shirley, I went and looked for other bacon pasta salad recipes to see when they added it - and they all said to add the crumbled bacon at the same time you combine the pasta with the peppers, onions, cheese, etc...I just made this and it's in the fridge chilling right now. Of course I ate a few bites before I put it away and it's really good.

  7. Tina says:

Made it and loved it! I felt like the flavors were even better the second day, after sitting in my fridge overnight!

  8. Cyd says:

The ingredients say 8 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled and the directions tell you when to add the bacon.
